I primarily code in Python with a bit of HTML, CSS, and Javascript thrown in for web usability. Most of my work surrounds data collection, scraping, and wrangling of unformatted or messily formatted data and metadata describing creative or cultural heritage materials with the aim of increasing discoverability and research potential of collection materials. I also do data and technical consultations for web scraping and digital humanities projects (such as the map based on the Looking at Appalachia project, seen below).
